This $1950 Rate/Package applies to new clients only planning San Diego County weddings that are booked with Events By Abel after 11/15/2021 and before 3/31/2022.
Full-Service Coordination Package includes:
-Initial Consultation (Approx. 1 hour)
-Access to our Team Before Your Event (Email/Text or Phone By Appt)
-Assistance w/ Vendor Checklist + Wedding Timeline + Decor Details List
-Up to 1 hour of Rehearsal Coordination
-Up to 10 hours of Day-of Coordination (1 Lead Planner & 1 Assistant)
-Access to our Discounts and Planning Resources
-Day-of Vendor Management & Assistance during Ceremony, Cocktail hour, & Reception
-Ceremony/Reception Set-Up & Decor (Setting Centerpieces/Table Decor, Program/Welcome Table, Head/Sweetheart Table, & Specialty Tables i.e. Candy Bars/Memory Tables, etc.)
-Ceremony Organization & Reception Event Timing
-Tear Down & Clean-Up of Personal Items/Gifts, etc.
